YOUTH ELITE COACH (15-20 GUARANTEED HRS PER WEEK IN SEASON)

Overview

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years old. We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building, and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child and family we serve.

The Job

We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. This part‑time role is rewarding, with flexible hours that let you make a positive impact in your community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personally insured vehicle (travel required between sites)
• Prior soccer experience is not required, but experience working with children aged 18 months to 8 years old is preferred

Availability

• Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
• Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (summer season – limited)
• Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM

These time windows are for session scheduling; shifts are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation:
  • $22‑26 per hour
  • Bonus opportunities each season (four times per year)
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday‑Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday‑Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
