Energetic, passionate, and fun-loving youth soccer instructors needed to work with children ages 2 to 8!

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Fitness Franchise in the country. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, etc., with sessions running Monday through Sunday. We have four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

The Ideal Instructor MUST Meet The Following Criteria:

• Responsible: Arrives on time, manages groups of 10+ children, keeps attendance, communicates well with leadership.
• Professional: Neat appearance, friendly, courteous, self-assured, and maintains good relationships with staff and parents.
• Enthusiastic: Enjoys interacting with children aged 2-8, outgoing, animated, and able to connect on their level.
• Experience: Prior experience with children required; soccer experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Clear Background: Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and medical exam per DCFS standards.
• Equipment: Owns and has daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to various locations across DuPage County.

Additional Training & Evaluation:

• Complete our comprehensive training program for certification.
• Trained in developmentally appropriate techniques.
• Regular evaluations and ongoing training.
• Ability to engage and inspire children is essential.
