Super Soccer Stars is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated coach to join our team! In this role, you'll work with children aged 12 - 24 months, as well as those aged 2 - 14. Our mission is to introduce kids to the fundamentals of soccer while fostering confidence and supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development. As a coach, you'll play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills and grow both in the game and as individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow age-appropriate curriculums designed to facilitate learning and growth at each child's own pace.
2. Create a positive, supportive environment that encourages confidence and enjoyment.
3. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, achievements, or concerns.
4. Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging training environment for all participants.
5. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance coaching skills and techniques.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in coaching youth sports, teaching, or working with children is highly recommended.
2. Understanding of soccer fundamentals and ability to teach these skills at a grassroots level.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with kids, parents, and colleagues.
4. Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and motivating environment that encourages participation and growth.
5. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
6. Availability for evening and weekend sessions.
