Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking passionate individuals to lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2–8. This role focuses on teaching soccer skills and character development in a positive and safe environment. New coaches will benefit from comprehensive training and the flexibility to schedule based on their availability. The Job:

• Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use the expert-designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
• Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
