Job Title: Soccer Coach

Are you passionate about working with kids and looking for a fun part-time role?

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and is recognized as the largest operating program in the U.S.

We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead children in engaging and educational activities while ensuring safety. Ideal candidates have prior experience working with children (as a coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and an interest in early childhood education or child development. Coaches can work 5-10 classes per week, earning from $18 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach children aged 2-10 in a fun, educational, and non-competitive environment
• Provide positive reinforcement and feedback during classes
• Monitor and maintain a safe environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Attend training sessions and meetings
• Set up and take down equipment before and after classes

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with children
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them
