Compensation

Head Coach: $20 per session (typically 30‑40 minute sessions, often scheduled back‑to‑back for $40 per hour). Assistant Coach: $15 per session.

Qualifications

• Passion for positively impacting youth players.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to begin training as soon as possible.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 8‑12 children aged 2‑8.
• Implement the curriculum focused on skill and character development.
• Arrive on time and provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters.
• Go home knowing you made a difference.
