Soccer Shots offers a soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed non-competitive curriculum and great coaches. We aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork through the beautiful game. Our goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Location: DuPage Area ~ Burr Ridge, Downers Grove, Oak Brook & More

Schedule: Consistent weekly availability, mornings, afternoons & early evenings.

Requirements:

• Responsible & Professional: communicate professionally, punctual, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable
• Experienced & Enthusiastic: proven experience engaging and leading young children
• Fun & Creative: comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children
• Patience & Empathy: willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
• Soccer & Athletic Know-How: soccer skills preferred but not required
• Transportation & Cell Phone: reliable transportation and mobile phone with data
• Clear Background: pass background check, fingerprinting, and medical exam as per DCFS standards
• Education: 12 accredited ECE units in Early Childhood Development preferred but not necessary

About Soccer Shots of DuPage County: We are an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development, using best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

Our Coaches:

• Complete comprehensive training and certification
• Trained in developmentally appropriate techniques
• Regularly evaluated and undergo ongoing training
• Selected for their ability to coach, engage, and inspire children

Customer Experience & Communication:

• Weekly updates on children's learning
• Proactive communication about cancellations
• Responsive and timely communication

Curriculum: Alignment with early childhood education standards, emphasizing character and skill development, created by specialists and coaches, and regularly updated.
