Energetic, passionate, and fun-loving youth soccer instructors needed to work with children ages 2 to 8!

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise in the country, operating year-round in daycares, preschools, and community centers. We offer sessions Monday through Sunday across four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

Ideal Instructor Criteria:

• Responsible: punctual, capable of managing groups of 10+ children, maintaining attendance, and communicating effectively with leadership.
• Professional: neat appearance, friendly, courteous, and self-assured.
• Enthusiastic: enjoys engaging with children aged 2-8, outgoing, animated, and able to connect on their level.
• Experience: prior experience with children required; soccer experience is a plus.
• Background Check: must pass background check, fingerprinting, and medical exam per DCFS standards.
• Equipment: own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
• Transportation: reliable transportation to various locations across DuPage County.

Training and Evaluation:

• Complete comprehensive training for certification.
• Trained in developmentally appropriate techniques.
• Regular evaluations and ongoing training.
• Ability to engage and inspire children is essential.
