Job Title: Soccer Coach

We are seeking to hire a spirited and enthusiastic Soccer Coach! (No previous soccer experience necessary.)

The successful candidate will guide children through engaging and educational activities while prioritizing their safety. Our ideal applicant has experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and genuinely enjoys interacting with them. This role is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can take on 5 to 25 classes per week, earning between $18 and $35 per hour.

• Provide individual attention to ensure every child succeeds
• Create a fun, stress-free environment in classes by adopting a non-competitive approach
• Use positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievements
• Participate in regular training sessions and adhere to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual, welcoming feedback and striving for continuous improvement

Location

Classes take place at schools, daycares, preschools, parks, and recreational centers throughout NOVA. Depending on your primary residence, travel up to an hour may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Availability most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Physically active, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work with kids aged 18 months to 15 years
• Demonstrates integrity and doing what is right even when nobody is looking
