KidsUnited Nazareth is seeking a Youth Soccer Coach to lead 30-45 minute sessions for children aged 18 months to 9 years, following our developmental curriculum. This part-time role focuses on creating a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment and offers training and growth opportunities.

The coach will communicate with parents about progress, help with equipment setup, and model positive behavior while teaching soccer fundamentals and teamwork in an engaging, non-competitive setting.

Formación

• Love working with children and inspiring them.
• Energetic and engaging presence on the field.
• Experience with children is valued (teaching, childcare, sports).
• Basic understanding of soccer is helpful; training will be provided.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and responsible.
• Ability to obtain necessary background checks and clearances.

The Role: Soccer Coach

We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our new Nazareth team! Our coaches are the smiling faces of our brand, leading high-energy sessions that bring "Soccer Island" to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Classes: Lead 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 9 years, following our unique KidsUnited developmental curriculum.
• Create a Positive Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere where kids feel encouraged and motivated.
• Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and program details.
• Equipment & Safety: Handle site set-up/take-down and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, focusing on character development and teamwork alongside technical skills.

Qualifications

• Soccer Knowledge: Prior coaching experience is not required—we will train you! However, a basic understanding of the game is helpful.
