Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is hiring an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children in fun, educational activities while ensuring safety. No prior soccer experience required, but experience with kids is preferred.

Coaches can work 5-25 classes per week and earn $18–$35 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and career development. Responsibilities include positive reinforcement, individual attention, and maintaining a stress-free, non-competitive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with some college preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Availability Monday-Saturday mornings/afternoons.
• Physically active, punctual, and organized.
• Experience working with kids aged 18 months to 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun, educational activities with emphasis on safety.
• Provide individual attention to help each child succeed.
• Use a non-competitive, stress-free class approach.
• Incorporate positive reinforcement and celebrate progress.
• Attend regular trainings and follow Coaching Manual.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required)

Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

Location:

Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements

• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• You must hold a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal transportation
• The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old
• Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
