Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Tysons, VA is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead fun, educational activities for children aged 18 months to 15 years. Prior soccer experience is not required; a love of kids and a safe, non-competitive approach are essential.

New coaches can work 5–25 classes per week and earn $18–$35 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and paid training. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and availability Mon–Sat mornings and/or afternoons is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
• High school diploma with some college is preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.
• Physically active, punctual, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities.
• Ensure safety for all participants.
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free.
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required)

Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hour up to $35 per hour.

• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Location:Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Requirements
