Job summary

TOCA Football in Toledo, OH is seeking a part-time Class Coach to introduce kids aged 18 months to 13 years to soccer, guiding them to develop skills and confidence in a fun, energetic setting.

You'll run sessions using TOCA's curriculum, tailor activities by age, and inspire teamwork while ensuring safety and engagement for every child. Join a team focused on growth, great experiences, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Soccer experience (playing or coaching).
• Love working with kids and helping them grow.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends, as most youth soccer classes take place during these times.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
• Energy to stay active and lift equipment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Run fun and engaging soccer sessions using TOCA's curriculum.
• Organize playful games to teach skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Tailor each class to the kids' age and abilities to ensure progress and enjoyment.
