Livingston Family Center, Inc. seeks an Emergency Shelter Youth Specialist to supervise youth in the organization’s emergency shelter and provide crisis intervention as needed.

The role supports daily program operations, transport to appointments, and participation in safety and data-tracking activities. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have youth/family experience, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to work evenings and

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Must complete required background checks and health screenings.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (agency may reimburse).
• Evenings and weekends availability as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Eyes-on supervision of emergency shelter youth during stay.
• Provide crisis intervention during shifts.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain logs and safety records.
• Help with inventory, meals, and cleanliness of facilities.

Conocimientos

CPR/First Aid Certification

Youth/family experience
