Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a staff team in children's services.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor and coach staff.
• Strong records management and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff to follow individual support plans for each young person.
• Maintain an open and flexible approach to working with young people.
• Champion the voice of the young people; embed child-centred and trauma-informed practice.
