Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience providing direct services in human services.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and in the community; deliver direct services to individuals served.
• Attend training to uphold individuals’ objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate community outings and orient new staff; ensure timely, accurate documentation.
