Qualifications

• Experience as Youth Services Worker or higher in Missouri system.
• Bachelor's degree with one of the specified fields and youth treatment experience.
• Substitutions may be allowed; post-secondary education not sole denial criterion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and monitor quality treatment services with Youth Services Workers.
• Train and evaluate treatment team staff; counsel and schedule activities.
• Lead weekly youth group meetings and coordinate with the team.
• Guide group interactions and implement effective treatment techniques.
• Oversee outdoor activities and ensure youth safety.
• Communicate progress to court/community staff; prepare reports.
