• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE.
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Experience as above may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis; two years must be as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Youth Worker Supervisors and development of Individual Treatment Plans for youth.
• Ensures staff formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Transports residents to appointments and court appearances.
• Interacts with superintendent and administrative staff; participates in management meetings.
