Responsibilities

• Supervises Youth Worker Supervisors and oversees development of Individual Treatment Plans on youth.
• Ensures staff formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Transports residents to medical and court appointments.
• Works with superintendent and administrative staff.
• Interviews, selects and orients new employees.
• Conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Ensures policies and procedures are available to staff.
• Ensures staff have knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Participates in management meetings and prepares reports.
• Drafts correspondence as required.
