• Successful completion of DJJ Training Academy can substitute for two years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for length of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to shift staff and coordinate staff schedules.
• Monitor juveniles' behavior and report unusual events to management.
• Prepare incident reports and review juvenile records for treatment methods.
