Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to shift staff and coordinate staff schedules.
• Monitor juveniles' behavior and report unusual events to management.
• Prepare and review incident reports and logs; maintain juvenile records.
• Compile administrative reports and brief oncoming staff.
• Assist with restraints when necessary and support recreational/work-related projects.
