• Ability to assess safety and risk in grounds and buildings
• Ability to interact with youth, staff, and the public respectfully and professionally
• Ability to de-escalate youth in varying situations
• Ability to demonstrate intervention methods during crises to protect residents and staff

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and security of students during awake hours
• Monitor and support students and staff
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Maintain logs of facility activities and incident reports
• Manage radio traffic for events and movements
• Greet and assist guests with professional customer service
• Transport students to appointments and activities
• Assist with investigations related to safety and welfare
• Observe facilities and perimeter areas for hazards
• Support supervision of off-ground activities
