• Supervises Youth Worker Supervisors and oversees development of Individual Treatment Plans.
• Transports residents to medical and court appointments.
• Interviews, recommends and orients prospective new employees.
• Participates in management meetings and prepares reports.
• Ensures staff know cabinet and department policies.
