Job summary

Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a Youth Service Program Supervisor to oversee Youth Worker Supervisors and develop treatment plans for youth in care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience supervising and caring for young adults (ages 12-21) in a community setting, day treatment, group home, detention, residential, or correctional facility.
• Experience substituting education for experience as described may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Youth Worker Supervisors and oversees development of Individual Treatment Plans on youth.
• Transports residents to local and statewide medical and court related appointments and appearances.
• Interviews, recommends and/or orients prospective new employees.
• Conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Drafts correspondence as required.
