Job summary

Center for Human Services in Modesto, CA seeks an experienced Case Manager to work with the GRAD program alongside Stanislaus County Juvenile Probation. The role focuses on providing case management and advocacy services to justice-involved girls.

This position requires Female candidate due to population served and requires a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates must complete multiple screenings, TB testing, and have a CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or experience in crisis intervention, case management, group, family or individual counseling.
• Experience and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of organizations and with people of all ages, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Due to population served contract requires female Girl’s Advocate.
• Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Probation and Juvenile Justice system.
• Working knowledge of local resources and services.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass agency paid criminal justice screening including fingerprints.
• Pass agency paid TB screening.
• This position requires the successful completion of an additional background packet through Stanislaus County Probation Dept. and may include health screening and/or drug testing.
• Pass agency paid MVR clearance with no more than 2 points- if you are under the age of 25 our insurance company will not allow any points.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance coverage.

• Provide transportation as needed.
• Appear and provide status updates to Juvenile Court.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
