Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in social work, criminal justice, counseling and guidance, human development and the family, psychology, behavioral health care, education, social/behavioral sciences, nursing/patient care, delinquency prevention or related area.
- Must be 21 years of age and valid driver’s license.
- Experience leading, coordinating, directing, monitoring and/or supervising others.
Responsibilities
- Works with and assists Youth Security Supervisors (YSSs).
- Maintains professional work standards while coordinating with management teams.
- Reviews documentation and ensures accuracy across multiple forms and databases.
- Operates a radio and adheres to proper protocol when transporting youth.
- Maintains workspace hygiene and keeps training up to date.
