The role is full-time, on-site, with a Thursday–Saturday 9am–9pm schedule and competitive starting pay of $22.82 per hour plus evening and weekend differentials. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least one year related experience and/or training.
• Intermediate computer skills in typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Therapeutic Milieu by assisting with patient needs and daily routines.
• Engage and supervise youth with trauma-informed support.
• Model professional, calm communication and respectful behavior.
• Follow treatment plans and assist the team to promote wellbeing.
• Identify hazards and respond to behavioral crises per protocols.
• Aid with patient movement, transportation, meals, and chores.
• Complete documentation and reports timely per policies.
• Attend meetings and trainings; contribute to a collaborative culture.
