Carrier Clinic, established in 1910, is a trusted behavioral health system providing compassionate care and healing. The East Mountain Youth Lodge offers residential treatment for adolescents aged 13-18, providing 24-hour clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral services tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model demonstrating healthy interpersonal relationships and appropriate behavior for patients, families, and staff.
  • Utilize a nurtured heart approach to supervise, manage behaviors, and address basic needs of youth.
  • Build relationships and support adolescent development through behavior modules.
  • Lead resident group meetings, coordinate recreational activities, and participate in group functions.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years' experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health setting, OR a Bachelor's degree.
