Carrier Clinic, a behavioral health system, has been providing compassionate help and supportive healing since 1910.

Our East Mountain Youth Lodge offers residential treatment services for adolescents aged 13-18, providing 24-hour clinical, therapeutic care for emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and substance abuse challenges based on individual resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model demonstrating healthy interpersonal relationships and appropriate behavior for patients, families, and staff.
• Utilize a nurtured heart approach to supervise, manage behavior, and address the basic needs of youth.
• Build relationships and support adolescent development through behavior modules.
• Lead resident group meetings, coordinate recreational activities, and participate in group functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience working with youth in a group setting.
• Or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a field unrelated to social work or psychology with six months of experience working with youth.
• Or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
