Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch in Caldwell, ID is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Residential Center for Healing and Resilience. You will provide direct patient care to Youth in a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility, partnering with a direct care team to support healing and resilience.

As an RN, you will monitor health, conduct weekly assessments, administer medications per psychiatry protocols, and triage emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have active Idaho RN license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of computer and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring.
• Conduct nursing assessments at admission and weekly.
• Oversee medication administration and psychiatry protocols.
• Triage emergencies and determine appropriate level of care.
