Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Youth Residential Counselor to support the Psychiatric and Residential Services - Pettirosso Community Home Program in Sewell, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct supervision to youth in the home
• Assisting with skills training and independent living responsibilities such as cooking, laundry, and budgeting
• Taking residents out in the community for outings and doctor appointments
• Providing supervision to youth via The Nurtured Heart philosophy

The role involves working closely with the clinical team in implementing youth treatment plan goals.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a High School diploma with 3+ years of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health or institutional setting
• Energy and passion to assist youth in a residential setting
• A valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
• Completion of background and drug screenings
