Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist for Residential Psychiatry. Part-time, 24 hours weekly, 0.6 FTE at College Hill Campus (College Hill Residential).

You will lead and co-lead group programming, implement a token economy, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support discharge goals. Starting pay ranges from $21.14 to $24.05 per hour, with potential shift differentials and part-time

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience OR
• Bachelor's degree preferred (experience not required)

Responsabilités

• Milieu management to create safe, stable environment and implement token economy.
• Plan of Care with individualized behavioral interventions and ADL support.
• Lead structured group programming and engage patients.
• Build therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Complete accurate shift notes, incident reports, and safety checks.
