Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to participate in Centerboard trainings on diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Document incidents on shift and ensure accuracy in logs.
• Provide 1:1 advocacy and attendance at meetings (Team, Foster Care, Treatment).
• Coordinate daily activities: transport, meals, appointments, school/work, therapy, court.
• Manage safety and security of residents in supervisor's absence.
• Cook and prepare daily meals for residents.
• Lead group or individual resident support to prepare youth for adulthood.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
• Pass on information to the next shift and file program reports.
• Weekly random room searches and drug tests.
• Oversee community outings paperwork and transportation for youth under 18.
