Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and services to youths to promote rehabilitation and protect the community.
• Conduct intake and risk assessments to tailor supervision and interventions.
• Consult with families, school staff, and partners to understand needs.
• Plan treatment programs related to education, counseling or placement.
• Counsel youths and families on behavior, goals, and consequences.
• Document case notes and prepare reports for courts.
• Respond to inquiries and liaise with schools, agencies and law enforcement.
• May supervise youths in holding areas and assist with emergencies.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
