Job summary

The DREAM Program in Vermont is seeking a hands-on leader for our Employee & Member Support team. This full-time role focuses on building strong relationships with youth, families, mentors and partners, while guiding program delivery with fidelity to DREAM models.

You will supervise volunteers and AmeriCorps members, manage time and priorities, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment. We offer comprehensive benefits, 59k+ total compensation, PTO, holidays, medical insurance,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing a group of employees, service members and/or volunteers.
• Experience supervising individuals with diverse lived experiences in a respectful manner.
• 2+ years experience in organizations focused on youth development.
• Strong team communication skills.
• Experience maintaining an organizational property, office, and/or program space.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, email; database and accounting software experience.
• Familiarity with AmeriCorps grant and mentoring program requirements.
• Ability to manage time and set priorities for staff and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain high quality, community-based relationships with volunteers, youth, and caregivers.
• Lead programs to excellence across our sites and offerings.
• Support seasonal program transitions between school year and summer.
• Collaborate with mentors, parents, and partners on a weekly basis.
• Participate in the Employee & Member Support team and drive strategy and initiatives.
