Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a Site Team Lead at Prairie Grove School in Crystal Lake, IL. You will lead daily activities, oversee supplies, and provide direct service to ensure high-quality youth programs.

Qualifications

• Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership.
• Strong communication skills and passion for youth development.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of positive youth development practices with all daily activities and interactions with children.
• Oversee ordering and distribution of snacks, materials and all supplies needed to operate the program.
• Provide direct service, when necessary, to execute the program.
• Support accreditation standards through training and development.
