Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern CA Division is seeking a Part-Time Youth Programs facilitator to supervise and deliver Red Shield programs on campus and support various youth activities across all age groups.

You will assist with educational support, check-in/check-out, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Strong computer skills and reliable work habits are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional behavior.
• Knowledge of basic computer usage and Chromebooks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver Red Shield programs and activities.
• Assist in overseeing and running programs on campus for all age groups.
• Aid members with schoolwork and technology access; supervise during snacks/meals.
• Perform check-in/check-out of members and maintain confidentiality.
