Genesis Health Clubs in Goddard, Kansas is seeking a dynamic Youth Director to lead our Kids Club, camps, and youth programming with energy and vision. You will hire, train and develop a high-energy team, own scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and drive participation and revenue through local engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth programs and teams.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on programming needs.
• Strong organizational and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate all youth programming including summer clubs and Kids Club operations.
• Create engaging environments where kids are active, not just supervised.
• Hire, train, and develop a team with energy, accountability, and strong execution.
• Own scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
• Drive program participation and revenue growth through local engagement.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance across all programs.
• Build relationships with families and become a go-to leader in the club community.
