Job summary

Crossroads YMCA seeks a high-energy leader to oversee gymnastics, dance, cheer, and ninja programs at the Crown Point facility. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and create engaging experiences for children and families while ensuring safety and YMCA compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, program development, scheduling, and strong communication with families, instructors, and community partners. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth programs and managing multiple activities.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of gymnastics, dance, cheer, and ninja programs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop instructors and program staff.
• Create safe, engaging, inclusive, high-quality experiences for children and families.
• Ensure programs meet YMCA standards, policies, and safety expectations.
• Develop new programs and expand offerings based on community needs.
