Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Program Development & Training Specialist to support curriculum development and program evaluation for youth programs. This role involves creating instructional content, managing outreach initiatives, and conducting training.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years professional experience as an instructional designer.
• 2 years experience in higher education, public health, or a research-focused environment.
• Ability to plan and manage instructional design projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum development, program evaluation, and implementation.
• Develop, promote, and integrate MUSC Youth Collaborative Programs.
• Create and maintain instructional content and reference guides.
