The Salvation Army Lake Worth Corps is seeking a full-time educational program supervisor in West Palm Beach, FL. You will oversee after-school, tutoring, and summer camp activities, ensuring high-quality program delivery and strong community partnerships.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of youth program supervision, plus relevant certifications. Schedule is daytime hours, with a focus on youth development and educational programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Four years’ experience managing and supervising youth programs.
• Ability to plan and supervise after-school, tutoring, and summer programs.
• Strong collaboration with community partners and schools.
• Valid CDL and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises after-school programs, tutoring, and summer camps.
• Collaborates with the Community Center Director to expand educational programming and partnerships.
• Trains staff and volunteers, monitors performance, and ensures high-quality program delivery.
• Develops orientation processes to introduce participants to programs, policies, and expectations.
• Represents the organization at community events and coordinates outreach activities.
