Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or older.
• 3+ years of experience working with children in a camp or school setting.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement youth development and camp programs.
• Direct staff to support program initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to YMCA policies and procedures.
• Plan youth development events at the Family Center.
