Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a part-time program administrator in Cincinnati to oversee the before/after school program. You will help create a safe, organized environment and manage program activities.

The role requires 21+ with a CDA or a related bachelor's, licensing compliance, and prior child-care experience, plus CPR and First Aid certifications. You will build strong relationships with children, families and staff while following YMCA policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a CDA or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must meet all licensing requirements as determined by state and local governments.
• Previous experience working with children is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Administer the day-to-day operations of the before/after school program.
• Maintain accurate accounting of payments, statistics, records & reports in compliance with state licensing, YMCA & program requirements.
• Develop culturally-relevant and developmentally-appropriate program curriculum.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including licensing, medical and disciplinary procedures, child abuse prevention, and emergencies.
