Job summary

YMCA of Lincoln is seeking a Climbing Wall Instructor to guide climbers on the wall, offering technical tips, body positioning and movement coaching while prioritizing safety.

You will educate participants, enforce safety policies, and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment with flexible scheduling. The role includes a free YMCA membership for staff and opportunities to grow within the organization.

With a focus on safety and physical activity, our Climbing Wall Instructors provide participants an alternative and adventurous way to stay active. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Encourages and interacts with climbers assisting in technical advice/training, body positioning and movements.
