Job summary

YMCA of Lincoln is seeking a Climbing Wall Instructor to guide participants and ensure a safe, engaging climbing environment at our Lincoln locations.

You will interact with climbers, offer basic training on technique and body positioning, and uphold all safety policies. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive, community-focused YMCA.

With a focus on safety and physical activity, our Climbing Wall Instructors provide participants an alternative and adventurous way to stay active. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Encourages and interacts with climbers assisting in technical advice/training, body positioning and movements.
• Educates, explains and enforces policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
