Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations, Powisset Farm, Dover, MA is seeking a part-time Youth Programs Event Assistant to support on-site programs and private events. You’ll help with member sales, event setup, and youth activities in a lively farm setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work weekends and holidays. CPR/First Aid is highly desirable; experience with kitchen/classes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly; enjoys working with the public including children and families.
• Reliable with exceptional attention to detail and safety.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings.
• CPR & First Aid certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, manage supplies, and provide educational materials.
• Support cooking classes; set up stations, help participants, wash dishes.
• Greet and check-in visitors; sell memberships on site using Siriusware.
• Lead barnyard tours with safety and customer service.
• Handle cash or credit sales and log hours; learn systems.
• Communicate safety, maintenance, and program feedback to staff.
