Qualifications

• Ability to safely supervise and engage children in indoor and outdoor settings.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during after-school hours, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Lead age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, outdoor games, and educational activities.
• Assist with homework and provide academic support when appropriate.
• Manage group behavior using positive behavior techniques.
• Teach private swim lessons and tailor instruction to various ages and skill levels.
• Plan lessons, demonstrate skills, provide feedback, and track student progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive teaching environment and communicate progress to parents.
