Qualifications

• Applicant must have experience in responsible clerical or office work in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position.
• Have the ability & knowledge to develop a rapport with prospective program participants & maintain a cordial relationship with providers while giving semi-technical information/instructions.
• Ability to maintain proper objective relationship with program participants who are subject to ongoing inspections for maintenance of quality performance, facilities & record keeping.
