Qualifications

• 17+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Strong communicator, enthusiastic leader, and passionate about youth development and equity.
• Meet responsibilities and qualifications outlined in job description. The YMCA will provide accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing child-centered environments that promote learning, character development, and healthy living.
• Promote safe, supportive, interactive, and enriching program experiences on-site at elementary school locations.
• Support safety and security of all program participants.
