Responsibilities

• Always maintain line-of-sight supervision to ensure client safety.
• Lead client groups and organize shift schedules for smooth operations.
• Develop and lead structured activities aligned with program themes.
• Complete required paperwork daily with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate outings and off-site activities with proper documentation.
